Laundry

  • Please leave the washer door open after your cycle to allow the washer to dry.
  • There are long-term tenants who reside in the studio downstairs next to the garage and laundry room. There are separate locked doors to the studio and the space you occupy. The laundry room is shared space. There is a locked door from the Air BnB side and a locked door from the long-term tenant side. It is possible you could both be in the laundry room at the same time. It is impossible for the studio tenants to enter the Air BnB as long as you lock the door. 
  • The downstairs tenants are not a property manager. Please do not go to them with problems or issues. Contact us directly. Please respect their rights of enjoyment just as we have asked them to respect yours. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
  • The locked door at the end of the laundry room is our supply room and access is only permitted to our cleaners.
  • Laundry detergent is provided for your use. Air BnB detergent is located on the right side of the shelf above the machines and is labeled as such. Please do not use anything on the left side of the shelf as that belongs to our long-term tenants. 
  • If using the dryer, we recommend using the “timed dry” setting as that seems to be the most efficient. Other settings utilize the drying sensor and the sensor is not very reliable, so it will auto shut-off when you’re clothes aren’t completely dry yet. Please empty the lint compartment before drying to maximize efficiency.
